The volatile scenario in Bangladesh post the ousting of the Sheikh Hasina government has put the focus on what should be India’s immediate and long-term response to the current situation. Amid this, the Society to Harmonise Aspirations for Responsible Engagement (SHARE), a think tank, which was established recently to cater to the concerns of the Northeast, has made some recommendations on policy options for India in dealing with the current Bangladesh situation considering the Northeast perspective.

A set of policy recommendations has been formulated by the Society to Harmonise Aspirations for Responsible Engagement (SHARE) on how India should move forward in the context of recent developments in neighbouring Bangladesh.
